semua orang akan ada waktu up and down, senang susah, kaya fakir, suka gila melambung lepas tu tiba-tiba nak cengeng mcm anak kucing mati.. and akan ada sampai satu tahap, rasa kehilangan semangat yg begitu mendadak mencucuk jiwa.. lost everything.. barely able to breath.. pergh! speaking pulak kn..

kadang-kadang bila dah sampai tahap mcm nie.. rasa diri useless gila.. nak buat apa semua malas-tak dak semangat kaw kaw walaupun ada yg kena siapkan bak halilintar membelah bumi, esok pensyarah suruh hantar.. rasa hilang jiwa..sunyi mcm xda org lain yg ada dekat bumi selain kita.. well, org emo mcm aku nie selalu lah bermalas-malasan begini rupa..

okay, sangat susah bila perkara ini berlaku.. tetapi! tujuan entry ini ditulis adalah untuk berkongsi rawatan yg dpt menyelesaikan masalah negara ini..
